Refund Policy


We have a 5–10 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return (only for damaged products). To return, you can contact us at customercare.kernutra@gmail.com. Courier charges for return have to be paid by the customer unless there is a damaged or missing product. There is no return unless the product is damaged. You can always contact us for any return questions at +91-9188918236.

If there are any mistakes in the phone number/address or if you fail to communicate with the delivery partner when they try to call you for delivery, they might return the package. In that case, a refund is not possible, but we shall resend your package if you contact us within the next 7 days (with additional courier charges). In rare cases where the delivery partner is unable to access the specified delivery location due to the area being non-serviceable or outside their network, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales.kernutra@gmail.com.
