Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Kernutra! We are committed to providing you with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience, including efficient shipping and delivery. Please read our shipping policy below.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 working hours of receipt. Working hours do not include Sundays or public holidays. Sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as preparation time delays or logistical issues.

Important information

  • Kernutra shall not be responsible for any delay caused by the logistic partner involved in delivering a purchased product.
  • The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Check your phone number and address before placing an order for a smooth delivery experience.
  • If there are mistakes in the phone number/address or you fail to communicate with the delivery partner when they call, they might return the packages. In that case, a refund is not possible but we shall resend your package if you contact us within the next 7 days (with additional courier charges).
  • In rare cases where the delivery partner is unable to access the specified delivery location due to the area being non-serviceable or outside the delivery partner's network, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process and may vary from time to time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email / WhatsApp notification containing the tracking information. You can track your order through the courier service provider's website using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Contact & Returns

If you need help with your delivery or want to request a resend after a return, please contact our support team within the timelines mentioned above. Resends after a returned package will incur additional courier charges unless otherwise specified.
